Vertelt ook vooral wat er aan de evacuatie vooraf ging. Ik vind dat essentiële informatie. Wat was de rol van de BEF tijdens de Duitse inval, wat was de rol van het Belgische en Franse leger en hoe kwam de beslissing om te evacueren tot stand. Zeer gedetailleerd boek met veel kaart- en fotomateriaal. Wat mij betreft één van de beste boeken over Operation Dynamo.
