Wow, dit was een geweldig boek om te lezen. Ik heb er erg van genoten omdat het "compassionate accountability" erg concreet maakt. Dit boek legt een moeilijk onderwerp uit door het op te breken in drie simpele componenten die je je eigen kunt maken door hele concrete gedragsveranderingen. Een geweldig model. Het toepassen van de theorie maakt de wereld beter, zowel thuis, gedurende werk en voor de maatschappij als geheel. Na het lezen begint het moeilijke werk: het toepassen van de theorie in de praktijk. Na het lezen ben ik helemaal geinspireerd en voel ik de verantwoordelijkheid om dat te doen.
