    De nieuwste inzichten in een gevarieerd zicht op functionele training. Alle aspecten komen aan bod. De oefeningen zijn wel niet zo talrijk, maar wel met de nodige uitleg. Ik heb reeds veel boeken over krachttraining, maar deze geeft wel een moderne blik op dit item.
